Third fermenstation
Third fermenstation was titled Dive in Taste with food processed from fish. This event was held at ITB campus at Jatinangor on November 9th 2012. Foods that were displayed are rusip fish from Bangka, Samu fish, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and terasi. Rusip is a local fermented food from Bangka made from Bilis fish with salt and palm sugar. The salt can eliminate pathogenic bacteria on the fish that rusip can be consumed raw.
Visitors can see those products through FermenTunnel, which is a tunnel filled by fermented foods trivia.
